Welcome to the Etsy shop: Mellow by Josie. NYC is a place where anything and everything gives this Etsy maker’s inspiration! Everything is handmade.

The maker started knitting a few years back. Her friend who encouraged her to start knitting even got the maker her very first set of needles. Her friend had so much patience and taught her the basics of knitting. The maker’s very first scarf was a long royal purple scarf that she still wear till NOW!

She is a very traditional person who loves to be around family. After giving her handmade scarves as presents to her family, she decided that she should make it for her friends also. And ever since then, she learned about this ETSY site where she can post handmade items for sale. Most of her sales come from friends who want to buy it as a present for their family also. And knowing that they love the scarf encourages her to make more.

Knitting and Crochet has slowly became part of Mellow by Josie‘s daily “things to do”. It’s like “chicken noodle soup”! Makes her calm, and feel good, and most importantly relaxes her mind from all the stress she gets from work!

She named her shop MELLOW because it reflects her inner soul~
