Welcome to Pams & Kin. The makers of this handmade Etsy shop are Parris and Kiri, two girls on their way to total world domination. Let’s get to know more about them, shall we?

Parris and Kiri both hail from the beautiful bay area of California, and grew up known in their social circles as the “crafty go-to person.” Their lives were VERY similar even though they lived 20 miles apart with no idea who the other person was (although after meeting they realized they grew up playing soccer against each other).

During the summer of 2006, God finally did the world a favor and they MET on a beautiful green soccer field, this time as teammates. The first roster that was made both of their names were misspelled as “Pams” and “Kin,” a common problem they have both encountered over the years (they don’t quite understand why people can’t seem to read their handwritten names properly). Of course, they quickly fell into a mutual obsession with one another. 6 months later Parris went away to school 3,000 miles away and well… they basically Facebook (or Myspace at the time) stalked each other over the next 5 years. During this time, Kiri as well took a brief hiatus to Illinois and eventually they both made their way back to California. They were officially reunited this summer and to say they are co-dependent is an understatement.

They had spent much time constantly sending each other new beauty products, nail polishes, till one day out of the magical beauty of life it hit them, “WHY DON’T WE START MAKING OUR OWN NAIL POLISH?!?!”

Here at Pams & Kin we live by the motto that “Life’s too short for setting… so shake it up!” Thus, you’ll find beautiful hand-mixed eco-friendly polishes to upgrade you to have some phancy phalanges.
