I have been looking for a good hair dryer. My poor Conair hair dryer “disappeared” along with my luggage when I went overseas recently. While this was a stressful situation, this incident might have also been a blessing. My Conair hair dryer was getting old and not working as well — it took FOREVER to dry my long straight hair. Losing this hair dryer was a impetus for me to find a better one. This is when I came across the brand InfraShine.
When my friend heard of my story, she recommended trying out some of InfraShine’s products. This is her favorite brand for hair tools. I am so thrilled and pleased that my experience with the InfraShine UL3 Ceramic Dryer was the same as my friend’s.
InfraShine UL3 Ceramic Dryer has many options that are easy to use.
The yellow button on top, called the Cool Switch, allows me to instantly switch from hot to cool. This is fantastic because I like to initially use hotter air to dry my damp hair, and then use the cooler air to set and calm my hair for the finishing touches. At any moment, you can push the yellow button to switch back and forth between the two options.
Airflow Settings – Located in the middle, this button is my favorite! There are three settings — high, medium, and low. Each of these determine how strong the airflow will blow onto your hair. I love this feature because this hair dryer allows me the choice of desired pressure. Some days, I air dry my hair for an hour before using the hair dryer for volume. In these days, I do not want to use the same pressure as when my hair is fully damp. The low settings allows for my partially damp hair to dry without unneeded electricity and power. In days when I do dry my hair right after shower, I found that the medium setting was perfect for a quick and efficient result.
Heat Settings / Off Switch – The bottom button has two different feature. First, is the heat setting ( I and II ). InfraShine UL3 Ceramic Dryer gives me the option of choosing the degree of heat, from high to low heat. This is great for people with thick and thin hair. If you have thin hair, you can choose the low heat to keep your hair from further damage. If you have thick hair, you can choose the high heat for quicker results. My hair is somewhere in the middle, so I can choose the heat setting depending on my mood. Another great idea from InfraShine that gives the users the choice in their own hands! The second feature is the off button, for when you are not using the hair dryer.
The InfraShine UL3 Ceramic Dryer also came with two hair tool accessories: Diffuser (Left) and Nozzle (right)
Use the Nozzle for concentrated heat. When I want to only dry a desired portion of my hair, this Nozzle is fantastic and useful for the job. Use the Diffuser for softer, more dispersed heat and airflow. This is great for when I want to dry near my roots more quickly; the Diffuser gives off a more dispersed air flow, so you get more area than without using this tool.
Snapping on the Noozle was easy, but I did have a harder time with the Diffuser. For tips, try placing the Diffuser down on a soft surface, such as a carpet. Then place the hair dryer on top of the Diffuser and press down until you hear the snap. To take out the Diffuser, place the dryer with the Diffuser facing down on the soft surface. Then pull it out. Both the hair dryer and the Noozle/Diffuser are light weight, so don’t worry about using one hand to lift the dryer and the other hand to pull the Noozle/Diffuser out.
My arms are physically weak (I cannot even do one push up or pull up), so the light weight of the InfraShine UL3 Ceramic Dryer was a great for me. My right arm never felt tired from using this hair dryer.

ENJOY Rejuvenating Volumizing Shampoo – My hair is fairly normal and undamaged by heat or coloring, but I believe everybody should take good care of their hair regardless. That is why I wanted to try Enjoy’s shampoo for a long time. I heard great reviews of the Enjoy brand. After trying their products out myself, I am thrilled by the results. This shampoo lived up to it’s name; my hair felt refreshed and rejuvenated. It increased volume in my flat hair. And most importantly, my scalp and hair felt healthy and clean.
ENJOY Rejuvenating Volumizing Conditioner – This conditioner came out in a dense substance that blended in my hair effortlessly. After leaving the conditioner on my damp hair for five minutes, the stimulating botanical and oils absorbed in my hair. After cleansing out the product, my hair felt smooth and silky. Combing after shower was so easy! My only negative with this product was the scent; the menthol in the ingredients was a bit strong for me. Keep in mind, I have a very sensitive nose; so sensitive, that I cannot even stand perfume or deodorant. So, this mild smell probably only bothers me. But I still think the results of this great conditioner is worth it!
ENJOY Straightener – My hair is naturally straight, but since my hair is long, I still have problems with unruly tangles and knots. This is why the Enjoy Straightener is my favorite in the Enjoy brand. I used a dab of this product on my damp hair, and I noticed a change immediately. My hair felt so smooth and soft. In combination with the Enjoy conditioner, combing my hair after using this Straightener was effortless. This scent was hardly noticeable; perfect for a sensitive nose like mine. This product does wonders to unruly hair!
