Terry Robes, Spa Robes, Satin Robes, Silk Robes, Chenille Robes, Velour Robes. There are many robes out there in the market for women. Like…a lot. And it can get overwhelming sometimes. I am a busy mother, wife, student, daughter, friend, and so many other things. Time is not plentiful in my life, so I look to review blogs. I know these are real women with real opinions. That is where I found the brand Sassimi.
I am so thankful to review one of their robes. The robe I received was the LANAI SPA ROBE Style 777B in Glacial Blue, Size: X-Large. The Lanai Spa Robe is made of Viscose from Bamboo / Spandex. It comes in many different colors and sizes, so every women can find her personal robe with this just one style.
What immediately grabbed me was the fabric quality. The robe was so luxurious and soft, almost like it was melting on my skin. I spent the entire first day wearing this around the house because I couldn’t bear to take it off. It is super comfortable, and on that exhausting day, I couldn’t think of anything more comfortable to wear. What is fantastic about the Viscose fabric is lightness to the fabric, making this the perfect robe for those moist warm rainy autumn days. I could see myself wearing this robe at any season, but in particular I think this robe is meant for spring. Of course, if you know me, I will wear this year round!

Technical details aside, I love the feminine qualities of this robe. The Glacial Blue is delicately pretty and the short sleeves are super cute! It has the perfect blend of womanly and cute.

Jaebum Fangirl had the opportunity to review some of Cleopatra’s Choice’s fantastic beauty products. I received the Adovia Dead Sea Mineral Lift Serum, African Black Soap – Lavender Bar, and Essential Oil Blend – Calming 10ml
I am always open to trying new beauty products, so I was thrilled to receive these three products. I have never even heard of these products! I was eager to try them out.
Bar soaps are not my cup of tea, so I was a bit hesitant to try the African Black Soap. The color is very intimating as well. Yet, I was still excited to try something new. After all, I could find my next favorite product. While this is something I honestly don’t foresee myself buying in the future, I still liked it. The African Black Soap is made of 100% Pure Shea Butter, so the soap was so smooth and calming to my skin. This was perfect for calming my skin after shaving my legs. After my shower, my legs felt so smooth and moisturized that I did not have to put any lotion over them afterwards. I also love that this soap has a rich source of iron and vitamins A and E!
After my shower, I used the Adovia Dead Sea Mineral Lift Serum! This is by far my favorite out of the three. I don’t know how or why, but I knew that I was going to love this product before I even tried it. Maybe because the packaging is so adorable. Regardless of the awesomely cute packaging, the serum is brilliant. I have become obsessed with tightening my wrinkles. I pretty much have tried many of the popular anti-wrinkle creams, so I feel confident in my judgement of which products work and which don’t. As you can tell, I LOVE this Adovia Dead Sea Mineral Lift Serum. This high concentrated serum is packed with Dead Sea Minerals, Green Tea, Seaweed, Vitamin C and much more. The gel is light, so you can put this on during the morning or night without feeling like you have a thick layer of cream on your face. Within several days of using this serum, I started to notice a huge change. My skin just glowed. I got asked by my co-workers about what I was using to make my skin look so much younger. All I said was, “Adovia Dead Sea Mineral Lift Serum!”
I like the smell of candles, but I have a deep fear of fires. Therefore, I don’t buy or use candles whenever I take a bath. This is why I was so pleased to find another alternative to add a bit of nice fragrance while I take a bath. This alternative is the Essential Oil Blend – Calming! I added five drops into my tub and allowed the soothing bath and the calming fragrance relax my mind and body. I am not a massive fan of strong smells, but this essential oil is not overly imposing to my sensitive nose. The degree of scent is in my control, and if the smell is too strong, I just add less drops. If the scent is too weak, I just add more drops. How awesome is that?
After using the Essential Oil Blend – Calming, I took a long dream-less nap and woke up with a feeling of bliss and laze. A new mom could not ask for a better time ~

I had the opportunity to review the giveaway item: Coastal Scents 88 Warm Palette
My Review: The brand Coastal Scents has a reputation that outshines and outmatches all its competitors. When most girls talk about palettes, the name Coastal Scents will probably come up. I’ve always wanted to try one of their multitude of wonderful eye palettes, so I was stoked when I received the Coastal Scents 88 Warm Palette. Opening the 9″ x 6.5″ size case, I was entranced by the rows and rows of colors that were individually unique yet together a perfect rainbow of warm sunset-like hues. I had to try it.
It was love at first swab. The rich pigmented colors seamlessly glided on my eyelids and blended beautifully. I was amazed by how easy the process was. Usually, with other eyeshadows from drug store brands, I have to spend ten minutes blending, another five minutes fixing the imperfections, and additional minutes reapplying the eyeshadows that fade throughout the day. With the Coastal Scents 88 Warm Palette, my makeup regiment took only several minutes in the morning, and more importantly I never had to reapply throughout the day! How brilliant is that?
I foresee myself using all the colors in this palette. While I am fond of bright summer colors, I am conservative in my style of fashion and makeup. In most days I have on just black eyeliner and mascara. In special days I go “wild” with brown or golden eyeshadows. And I think a lot of girls share my taste. Natural is definitely ”in” and has been since last year. I feel like this palette is personalized for me and girls like me who like the natural look.
This palette pretty much is ideal for any season. I plan to use the earthy peach and stone colors for the summer, the many shades of brown for the fall, the rich plums and silver blues for the winter, and camo greens for spring.
For such great quality eyeshadows, I am honestly shocked that the palette only cost $14.97. I really hope you guys try this palette out. It only cost several dollars, so why not? I have been addicted to this palette since I got it, and I think you will love it too!

While I certainly have not done enough to help the environment and our planet, I still feel strongly that we must at least make some effort to ensure the prosperity of our beautiful Earth. One of those small steps is supporting companies that also feel a responsibility to give back to the world. KOR is one of those companies.
I believe KOR’s logo sums up the company best. Representing the Chinese principle of yin-yang, The KOR logo is a balance between two opposing yet complimentary elements. The blue and the green represents the balance and relationship between Earth and Water.
Additional the shape of the logo ascends upward yet the two sides never touch. I found this symbolism fascinating. According to KOR, the divided gap is the representation of our goals and achievements. To the path of perfection (upward), we find ourselves always in the position of continuation and perfection without a definitive end. It is the balance and finding that balance that allows for continued progress.
Like KOR, I believe water is important and the “core” of all of us. But our need and want for clean water should not result in mountains of plastic bottles that are used once and thrown away in landfills. This is why buying reusable water bottles from companies like KOR is much for environmentally friendly. Not to mention, reusable water bottles are cost efficient as well.
What is especially admirable about KOR is their advocacy work. KOR donates a percentage of their sales through their Thirst for Giving™ program. Not only that, they are strong advocates on water-related issues and helps spread awareness to worthy causes. I could not be more proud to work with this fantastic company in this review/giveaway event.

I had the opportunity to review the giveaway item: KOR Aura Hydration Vessel (500 mL, in Ice Blue)
My Review: The vessel is simply beautiful. Whoever designed this bottle is brilliant. The simplicity and modern look of the bottle reminds me of Star Trek or some other futuristic world. All the colors available give off a fresh appearance that fits well in the water-theme. I chose Ice Blue, but I wish I had all the colors!
I thought the size of the 500 mL was perfect for me. The dimensions are 8.56″ tall, 2.74″ wide, 2.74″ deep at base. It weighs only 5.1 oz. and can fill 500 mL (16.9 oz.) of water. I drink water throughout the day, whether at work or at the gym, but I prefer to fill my water often to ensure that my water is always fresh and clean. I also like the size of this smaller version because I like carrying it around with me. If you want to fill your water bottle less frequently, KOR gives you the option of purchasing their 750 mL. You can hold more water, but it is bigger and heavier.
The quality of the material is top-notch. The functionality of the bottle is great as well; the twist-off cap is designed to keep your bottle and water free from germs and bacteria. My only down-side with the bottle is that the mouthpiece is too narrow to fit my hand into, so I cannot hand wash inside the bottle with any scrub. This isn’t a problem for those who have dish washers, of course.
Other than this slight negative, this KOR Aura Hydration Vessel is so fantastic that any negative is outshined by all the positives. I have been using this everyday for the past several weeks, and it has become one of my must-have items in my purse.
